5th Grade Teacher
Experience in Education: I have been teaching in elementary schools since 2017. Before that, I was a substitute teacher for one year while finishing my degree. I started my teaching career in 3rd grade, then moved to Kindergarten, and then 5th grade. I am proud to have a wide range of experience with upper and lower elementary students and standards, which has made me an even better teacher.
Background: I was born in Texas and have lived in the Dallas area for the majority of my life. I moved to Arizona for college and graduated from Arizona State University. My husband and I live in Princeton. I am so excited to be back teaching at Hunt Elementary this year!
Interests: During my free time I love to travel with my husband and learn about new places. I also like to work out, go to plays and musicals, and watch movies and TV shows. Two things you will learn about me quickly are that I love giraffes and purple!
