Anna Cordova

Ms. Anna Cordova

Gifted Specialist/Math Rocks- Grades 4 & 5

Experience in Education:  It has been an honor to teach in Texas since 1988.  I taught 2nd and 6th grade for seven years in El Paso before coming to work for Plano ISD.  It was 1995 when I became a teacher for PISD.  Before coming to Hunt, I was a 5th-grade teacher and team leader at Weatherford Elementary for 18 years.  At Hunt, I taught 4th grade, served as the ESL Coach and Interventionist, and now PACE.  I'm also the Robotics Team Coach and teach Math Rocks.

Background:  I was born in El Paso, Texas to a family of educators. It is no wonder that education is my passion.  When I’m not teaching, I’m learning, traveling, reading, or spending time with family and friends.

Interests:  Reading, traveling, crafting
