Speech-Language Pathologist

Experience in Education:  I have spent the past 2 years at Carlisle Elementary School serving as the campus Speech Language Pathologist. I am excited to join the community at Hunt Elementary!

Background Information: I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with my Bachelors in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology in 2020. I continued at the University of Texas at Dallas and received my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology in 2022. I completed my clinical fellow year in Early Childhood Intervention where I worked with children and parents using the coaching model and providing speech therapy services targeting feeding and expressive/receptive language. I transitioned to the schools in 2023 and have not looked back since. I have loved getting to work with kids, develop relationships, and see their growth and success. I look forward to working with the students and their families at Hunt!  

Interests:  I enjoy traveling, hiking, running, doing puzzles, espresso making, spending time with my husband, and reading. I enjoy being outside and in nature, but in Texas, that can be fairly tricky with the temperamental weather.
