Education experience: I have worked in self-contained classrooms and inclusion support in general education classrooms and resource rooms.
About me: I am a K-5 self-contained special education teacher at Hunt. I’ve spent my whole education career in Plano ISD and am so proud to be a member of the Hunt Hound family. I grew up in East Texas before moving to North Texas. I have an amazing husband and three children who light up my world. I have had a lifelong passion for education and working with children. My philosophy is that everyone can learn and my journey is to nurture and develop that learning by catering to the needs of my students.
Interest: I love sports. Going to a baseball game with my husband is one of my favorite ways to spend my free time. I also enjoy watching all of my children’s activities and getting out every chance we can to go to a local park or nature preserve. I also love to curl up and have a good binge-watch session or two!
